About

ABOUT US

The raising demand for more private, exclusive cruise opportunities has changed the way cruise lines are operating. New vessels are designed for less guests and greater cruising capabilities, or have a separate area on board for guests willing to pay extra for additional service and comfort.

Cruise Ship Academy (CSA) is enhancing personal, managerial and job specific skills through trainings and lectures by leading hospitality experts with international experience at a top level, in close cooperation with RVS Hotel Consulting & Management.

We work together with renown hotel schools and butler schools from around the world which provide their great knowledge and the latest in travel trends. The individually designed courses take place at one of these schools, on board your vessels or at a suitable training venue.

We cater to the cruising industry by providing state-of-the-art staff training and consulting for new VIP concepts.

Our heritage is the luxury hospitality branch. All our consultants have been working in luxury hotels, on private super-yachts, or for cruise ship companies such as Cunard, Seabourn, Disney, Celebrity, Crystal Cruises or on board the private residential ship M/V The World.

The network of partners we have established enables us to provide our clients with educational and professional contacts far beyond our field of training and consulting.
